What can you expect from us?

What we can expect from you ?

- We ask that your pet is securely restrained e.g. cat in a carrier, dog on a leash, during your visits - We ask you to be polite, courteous and non-threatening to our team members and our other customers - We ask you to actively participate in your pet’s treatment and to work with staff within the clinic to support your pet’s discharge should they require a stay in the hospital - If you have any concerns we value your constructive and honest feedback. Please ask to speak to a member of staff.

Monday - 8.00am - 6.00pm Tuesday - 8.00am - 6.30pm Wednesday - 8.00am - 6.00pm Thursday - 8.00am - 6.30pm Friday - 8.00am - 6.00pm Saturday - 8.00am - 2.00pm

Payment Terms

All invoices must be settled at the time of the consultation or at the time of the patient’s discharge. Settlement of invoices may be by Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Visa or Maestro. We also offer Vetpay and ZipPay. We do not accept cheques or American Express.

Estimates of treatment costs

We will happily provide a written estimate as to the probable costs of a course of treatment. Please bear in mind that any estimate given can only be approximate – sometimes a pet’s illness does not follow a conventional course.

Pet Insurance

We recommend that you have pet insurance and can provide you with any information that you might need and guidance on the types of policies available. Once your account with us has been settled, you will be able to reclaim the fees from your insurance company.


We have easy, free parking outside the clinic.
